Through an in-depth intake together we assess your current state of health and well being. From this current state we use diet and lifestyle to support your daily and seasonal routines. This routine includes looking at your rest, relaxation, movement, elimination patterns, ability to digest food, emotions, thoughts and experiences, stress management, breath, internal cleansing using yoga kriyas (actions), and meditation to create a daily routine that will support healthy tissue formation and growing a more clear, calm, focused mind, body and emotions leading you into greater health, vitality, and wellness.
