In your first appointment we assess your intentions and hopes, and best modalities to address the stated concerns, and then do work to address the focus. After this first session, we will create a plan, and follow up appointments vary from 1-2 hours depending on the modality and optimal approach. Working with Elizabeth is a partnership approach to support your desired outcome.

Perform your daily movements effortlessly, release poor movement patterns, recover from injury, and regain function. Learn lifestyle medicine in support of your constitution being in balance and harmony. After a thorough intake you will leave with a daily routine to bring you back into balance and flow with your essential nature.

PELVIC FLOOR & CORE SOMAYOGA THERAPY

$140 fOR 1 HOUR

Your pelvic floor and core support your embodiment. When this area is stable and able to be both strong and move with ease you can be in your full expression and joy!

  • WHAT IS A SESSION LIKE?

    We do an intake to determine your focus and intention for the session. There is take home work to continue the integration from session to session. For some of the session you will be seated, if needed we may do some standing work, or table work depending on the modality. Throughout the session you are fully clothed, best to wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.
