Experience coming home to yourself and tapping into your self healing nature through a 60 minute class that blends somatics — neuromuscular reeducation, yoga, Ayurveda, strength training using body weight, Yoga Nidra and mediation.

• Replays are available when you can not make it live in person or on zoom and are delivered to you via DropBox by Friday. Videos will be on our Website soon-this is in the works.

• If coming in person please RSVP space is limited and you are welcome to attend in person. We have limited mats at the OM Center, you are welcome to bring your own.

• If participating via zoom have your sacred space set up in advance of class—yoga mat, any props you use for movement/relaxation/meditation (blankets, blocks, straps, spinal strips(if you have one—can do it with a beach towel too) chairs, meditation cushion or mat, candle, journal/pen, etc if needed/desire—or keep it simple and bring yourself and clear a space).

• If you are starting the membership mid month you will have access to earlier weeks.

• DROP IN-PLEASE REGISTER By 8 am Thursday: If you prefer to wait until the next month to begin your subscription you can Venmo me @Elizabeth-EilersSullivan the drop in pricing of $33.00. In memo put: MA + Date of Class. Email me by or before 8 am on Thursday with subject line: MA + DATE FOR the DROP IN CLASS. Include in the email, how you wish to attend so I can send you zoom link if needed and replay if you wish to have that.
